Pacific Southwest Region

A Sisterhood of Open Communication and Collaboration

The Pacific Southwest Region has strong bonds between chapters and members across our spectrum despite the physical distance and wide range of experiences and viewpoints of our members. As a member of our region, you will quickly find yourself building relationships with a sisterhood of women committed to free and open communication and collaboration.

A Spirit of Collaboration And Connectedness

Welcome to Our Amazing Region!

An example of the kind of support that you can expect to receive when you become part of our NAWIC family is illustrated by our unique president mentor program which ensures a smooth transition for both outgoing and incoming chapter presidents. Our mentor program helps to maintain that spirit of collaboration and connectedness within chapters from year to year. This is the type of cooperative assistance you will find throughout our region.

As a member, you can feel confident to speak freely and have your input valued. We respect each other’s views and welcome all voices to the table. We provide a safe, judgment-free environment for you to share, collaborate, discuss concerns, learn and gain experience as you practice new skills. We also offer many opportunities for you to expand upon your own personal and professional growth by becoming active in our region.

The Pacific Southwest (PSW) Region is the largest geographic NAWIC region within the contiguous United States. We are comprised of a large and remarkably diverse group of women living and working throughout Arizona, Southern California, Hawaii, Southern Nevada, Colorado, El Paso, TX, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Why join us? One of our members summed it up perfectly by saying that they encourage others to join for “the bonds and friendships that our members share, and the education and leadership opportunities that each chapter offers to its members.

Annual Spring Forum & Fall Conference

If you’re looking for opportunities to network and build relationships with members in other chapters and regions, the NAWIC Pacific Southwest Region has an annual Spring Forum and a Fall Conference that are always fun, educational, and inspiring! We also host events in collaboration with other regions for even more networking opportunities. We hope to see you there!
